BC Team Member licenses include full read access to all BC. However this may be restricted by user permissions as desired by client management.

Team Members also have limited write abilities. For example, they can edit and add information to existing sales and purchase orders previously created by another user, but cannot create or post these documents themselves. 

With an ofsERP® license, Team Member licenses are a perfect fit for many field workers.

BC Essentials licenses include the entire functionality of Business Central financials, supply chain, operations, sales, and marketing with the exception of Service Management and Manufacturing.  

An Essentials license will run all of the Field Service and Equipment Rental functionality in ofsERP® and is available bundled with BC for an additional fee.

BC Premium licenses include all functionality in Essentials and adds BC Service Management and full Manufacturing with Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS).
