Dynamics NAV / Navision Developer – Texas: $75,000 to $110,000+
Responsibilities include:
- Recommend Dynamics NAV customizations and enhancements to meet client objectives
- Develop technical specifications supporting the recommendations
- Customize Dynamics NAV to meet these specifications
- Define and develop data conversions and test scripts
- Develop integrations between NAV and other applications
- Write reports using C/AL, SSRS, and Visual Studio
- Provide technical issue resolution for NAV clients
- Install, upgrade, and apply updates to Dynamics NAV
- Develop and enhance company built NAV solutions and non-NAV apps
- Manage project timeline, budget, and scope of work
Experience and Education:
- 4-year degree in Business, MIS or equivalent
- 2-3+ years technical expertise in developing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV required
- Experience customizing NAV 2009 Role Tailored Client or NAV 20013 preferred
- Familiarity with core business processes such as accounting, distribution, or manufacturing
- Experience with converting data from legacy systems into Dynamics NAV
- Experience with .Net, MS SQL, SSRS preferred
- Dynamics NAV Development, Install and Configuration certifications preferred
- Some functional knowledge of the finance, trade and logistics, and other modules

Sales Requirements:
Working with Dynamics NAV (Navision) since version 1.0, our industry experience provides opportunities to make a positive impact with clients in oil and gas, restaurant, distribution, manufacturing, service, retail, and financial oriented businesses.
Requirements:
- 4+ years meaningful experience implementing or supporting Dynamics NAV / Navision
- Financial background, preferably in a Controller or senior-level role
- Strong understanding of business concepts and operational workflow
- Exceptional interpersonal & problem solving skills
- Ethical, honest, self-motivated team player
- Able to meet project deadlines & budgets, and achieve quality results
- U.S Citizen or Green Card holder
Responsibilities include:
- Lead clients in accounting, implementation, and upgrade projects of Dynamics NAV
- Provide consultative business analysis and recommendations
- Build and maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Train clients to use the software most effectively
- Project management, coordination, and support
